When To Apply

Georgia Baptist Health Care Ministry Foundation accepts grant applications from September 1 through 15.

Applications sent through the postal system must be postmarked before midnight on September 15. Hand-delivered applications (by courier or individual) must be received on or before 3:30 p.m. on September 15.

For deadlines falling on a weekend or recognized holiday, applications may be hand delivered during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) on the first business day following September 15.

These deadlines are strictly observed. No exceptions will be made.

GBHCMF discourages contact between staff and applicants from September 16 through the point of final approval/disapproval of the application (generally 60 to 90 days).
